Elena holds a Master’s degree in law and Bachelor Degree in Language studies.
She has over 20 years of experience in management business and legal consulting. She has been assisting foreign HiTech companies in setting up and managing their Global HQ and subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, UAE, Cyprus, Netherland and other countries. She has broad expertise in advising clients on their business operations covering different areas including international business corporate structuring, taxation practice, M&A, banking and finance transactions advising, conflicts of interest resolution.
