Yulia holds a Master’s degree in international relations and European studies and has a proven extensive experience in Contract Management for more than 15 years in global oil & gas, construction, and retail companies. Her area of activities includes but not limited with preparing and negotiating agreements pertaining to a broad range of energy transactions and projects, including engineering, construction, and procurement (EPC/EPCM/PMC) contracts and related development agreements for the supply, maintenance and operation of major equipment, contracts based on FIDIC books and other types of agreements. She is expert in Contract management strategies and their execution, risk & deviation management, planning & budgeting (cost control).
She has an impressive portfolio in large infrastructure and oil and gas projects in Azerbaijan, Turkey and abroad. She worked in both employer and contractor organizations and has large experience in tender management, contract /sub-contract preparation and negotiations, post-tender contract / subcontract management, commercial management, amendment management, claims management and dispute resolution.
Yulia holds CCMAP (Commercial and Contract Management Advanced Professional) certificates approved by World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract and Commercial Management – IACCM) and FIDIC (international federation of consulting engineers) certificates in addition to her academic degrees.
Yulia is a co-founder & long-term partner of Ariela Consulting LLP with her expertise in global projects in oil & gas and construction consultancy, and her huge expertise in disputes resolutions, claims preparation and immigration cases.
